Why is it called “Cheap Date Night”?
Because that’s what they named it when the event was created, long before we were around. Anyways – It’s always been GV’s most popular event and it happens on the second Wed of every month.
We serve you a flight of four “Cheap & Cheerful” wines (tasty, ready to drink wines that you can take home for under $20 a bottle – plus a 10% discount on all retail purchases the night of the event) alongside an array of tasty tidbits; focusing bite-sized grilled cheese sandwiches, featuring the gourmet cheeses we sell by the pound and tasty accompaniments (prosciutto, fig jam, fresh basil, etc…).

The cost is $22 per person and that covers 2oz of each wine, a portion of each of our featured munchies, tax & gratuity An ala carte dessert menu is available as well *Our menu includes meat. Sandwiches are pre-made, before the event and modifications cannot be made. **However should you have any dietary restrictions please call or email the shop to let us know a minimum of one week in advance.
